hey all, lurker turned member here.

Learned lots browsing this forum and hope to keep on going..

35yrs
175lbs
5' 11''
11-13% BF (maybe? never been a very good judge at this)
cycle history = none
Canadian

About 7 weeks ago started TRT, levels were low-normal at 326pmol/l free test and 17nmol/l total.

Dose is 120mg 1x/week. and will attach the recent bloodwork(7 days post injection trough level) results from this dose. Once I lock in my trt for a couple months I plan to do my first cycle, which I'm still working on what that will be...

Are you seeing ab veins / chest veins? If all you are seeing are shoulder veins you are likely 20% or higher.




Why?

What are you doing that requires a "cycle"?
I'm not sure I understand what you mean, but im not doing anything that requires a cycle other than wanting to. Been training 5ish years and would like to take my physique up a few more levels...
 
@Elektrobot well id say the first 2 maybe 3 i wasn't tracking food and really didn't train with enough intent.. started at 140 skin and bones so to me i feel as though i've done something better than nothing.

My food has been locked in for last 2 years+ only clean and tracking all macros, all while training and progressing my lifts.

Maybe I dont take enough rest to grow as efficiently? idk something i've wondered as i like to do 4 on 1 off (push,pull,legs,arms) so might have to adjust that when i switch from this deficit I've been in.. was 194 when i started to drop weight a while back.

Ya im probably not 11-13%.. like i said i have no idea about BF%'s so i go by what i've read up on. ill attach some pics, and maybe you can help with what im truly sitting at, as id like to have a better idea.
