Lost 25 pounds due to Covid - TRT boost, blasts?

I couldn’t sleep, eat or drink for two weeks with Covid. Finally did ivermectin and a vitamin IV plus glutathione push and it immediately stopped major symptoms. But damn I lost tons of muscle. It’s week 3 and I have a negative test but still annoying cough. Finally eating but not my usual.

would boosting my TRT and HGH doses do any good to bounce back? I also have low dose Deca from a doctor for my knees but on a break right now. Can also get Var from clinics.

anyone else get hammered by Covid? Tomorrow will be first day back in gym in 3 weeks.

im usually 245 pounds, 5’10, fairly lean probably 10-12% most of time. Do intermittent fasting and 90% carnivore grass fed finished steaks, ground beef, pasture raised eggs, wild salmon. However going to add fruits once I get back into swing of things as some carnivore folks are doing that and still staying lean

just go slow at gym with recovery and stick to normal HRT doses? Or increase ? Do Deca and/ or var blasts ?

I agree with easing back in. Are you getting really sore from workouts that used to leave you feeling recovered? Or maybe youve yet to hit the gym.

In my opinion, when you can do your usual workout and not get any soreness, your conditioning is back to where it was but dont misinterpret that as meaning your size is back to where it was, rather just your muscles conditioning to lifting has recovered. Until you reach that point I wouldnt consider any cycle.

Once your reconditioned then assess. You will likely find though that suze you lost will comeback alot faster, so AAS might just be overkill at this point. Supposedly once youve fused the myonuclei they are retained for many years, so even if you lose alot of size in the short term your “muscle memory” kicks back in when you hit the plates.

Ive had various bouts of prolonged inactivity over my lifting life and its very common for me to put on 15-20lbs in a month every month without any AAS until i reach my all time high weight, then to progress beyond that becomes tedious.

Goodluck and congrats on not dying from covid.

I don’t think adding in a small dose of Deca or Var would be the worst thing in the world, especially if you’re getting your blood work done by the clinic that prescribes to you. The drugs were created for people with muscle wasting diseases right? Wouldn’t this be one of those situations? Obviously, something like AIDS is a chronic disease but at this point, we have no idea of the long term side effects of COVID, that’s why if I lost 25-30 lbs due to COVID, I’d definitely add 50-100mg Deca, under doctors supervision.

Just curious whether a doctor did this or you hit up the veterinarian?
It is legal for doctors to prescribe it for off label use. But the freaking Covid cartel government and big pharma is scaring doctors that will use the and the smaller pharmacies that are willing to dispense it. It’s BS

I lost a bunch of muscle from covid last year it sucked. I have ivermectin and a zpac and some other meds on hand for if I get it again. I hope the second time won't be as bad. It took a while like 2 months for me to fully get back to normal with condition and cardio and diet. Best of luck to you bud.

Thanks. Week 3. Put seven other pounds back on but I don’t know if they’re good pounds, I’m just trying to eat whatever feels tempting for the day since it’s been so hard to have an appetite. I’m normally a strict carnivore guy with grass fed pasture raised meat. But I’ve been eating rice and fruit and chugging orange juice too. Also been making shakes with raw milk, Greek yogurt, organic peanut butter, goat protein and banana. Just to get calories.

last week and this coming week I will repeat a huge vitamin IV bag with something like 25 g of vitamin C, 2000 IU glutathione push, and an NAD drip.

I did three very light workouts last week.

I have a lingering cough that still messes with sleep and it’s just someone irritating during the day especially if I’m in public because people probably think I still have Covid.

Just the flu, how can people believe in this big scam...
The way the media and big Pharma is playing it is a scam, but I’m a super healthy guy and it did kick my ass for a few weeks. I can’t imagine being obese or a smoker or diabetic and just unhealthy and having a rough run at it. It seems random how hard it hits people and others whether they are healthy or if they are totally unhealthy it barely does anything.

How you know u had covid? The PCR test is not maked for testing on one virus, besides that the spoke virus is never isolated. The so called virus is a big smoke screen for something way bigger. But if u wanna believe in this bullshit show its your right. Virusses as we know dont excist! Thats Just a fact. U will see where im talking about when it is too late :-(.

Well I agree tests aren’t accurate and they play games with them. And someone I likely got it with who had exact same symptoms on same days tested negative twice at same place on same days I tested positive. So who knows. But symptoms consistent with delta variant. It wasn’t fun. And I’d not wish someone to get it that had other pre-existing issues.
