I was usinf Orange Triad for a while but i'm sure there something out there better?

I personally use the Kirkland multivitamin from Costco to fill in the gaps of my micro nutrient supplementation. It is pretty cheap and it has a decent profile. Important to note that I am also supplementing with other vitamins such as D3, K2, Vitamin C, and a handful of others, so I place less emphasis on the multi. Either way I dont think you can go wrong with your basic multivitamin. Maybe Universal's Animal Pak if you want to get fancy and have the money? Hope this was helpful.

animal pack is a waste of money, u can get the exact same stuff for way cheaper. u should read up on multi vitamins. Many studies have shown that they have no benefit unless you personally have a deficiency of something. the majority of people who eat healthy get all the vitamins they need from food. studies have been done that multivitamins actually can have a negative impact on you. I have been taking multi vitamins forever so I am new to this view on them. vitamins like any other supplements are not regulated by the fda, many are not what they claim to be and are simply fillers to make profit. It all seems like a huge fuking scam now that I look at it this way.

If you can find organic multis go for those. The body absorbs them better. That being said I still waste my money on animal paks :P. At least I get all my bcaa's from them if nothing else
