NAC has a very low oral bioavailability, but surprisingly i do feel a difference while on it. Seems to get significantly less phlegm/mucus from allergies while on it.

NAC treats me well, it dropped my 33 GGT pre cycle to 6 GGT after cycle, just 2gr of this per day. Haven't tried tudca yet, that thing ain't cheap if you plan running it high and I've read most low priced tudca is bunk or severely underdosed.
