Liver Values--What is high?

Im currently on accutane at 40mg/day and at the middle of week 2 (now at week 3) my liver values were as follows: SGPT-93, SGOP-62 and both the normal ranges are 0-45. the nurse that took the blood said these arnt alarmingly high. although it seems like as i go further into my accutane protocol, they will elevate more. when should i begin to cut the dosage down if it comes to that? BTW, am on 600mg/day sylmarin by NOW foods.
