Has anyone here had high SHBG and low Free testosterone as a result of liver problems? How did you go about solving the issue?

You are hitting home now. I am curious is that natty or TRT...? What form of steroids or TRT..? What I am getting at is that if you are shut down and reliant upon testosterone cypionate, if the ester is not getting cleaved by esterase enzymes, this would explain all the available SHBG and low Free T. The liver produces the esterase enzyme (I think), so the liver issue may prevent said production. Hence no esterase enzyme ='s no available testosterone for SHBG pickup.
If all the above is you then you could try gels and creams as a test to see since they are not esterfied..
The question you bring to my mind is do esterfied steroids even release from the tissue deposit without first being cleaved off.? What is the time difference if there is one. And are steroids still complete with their ester bonds attached that have made it into circulation harder on the liver and kidneys? I does seem to me that sometimes any excess test cyp that does not stay in the muscle at the time of injection makes for a tougher piss out that day. And usually you can smell it in yer piss within the next 12 hours....
I'm actually in recent awakening as to how much toll esterfied steroids can take on the liver. And I am wondering if that is caused by esterfied testosterone circulating directly thru the liver. (as opposed to already being de-esterfied and bound to blood protein). ARE ESTERS INTENDED TO EVER SEE THE LIVER DIRECTLY??
So my question and contribution to your thread is DO ESTERFIED STEROIDS HARM THE LIVER IF THE ESTER REMAINS UNCLEAVED IN CIRCULATION.? (This scenario might occur if say someone had already compromised their liver with alcohol and esterase enzyme production was shunted.)
And since esterfied steroids absorb into FAT (any tissue other than water), do excess steroids that get into circulation at the time of injection uptake into organs at the time of injection.?? Obviously they would probably bite just about anywhere they traveled if the liver did not manually catch them and filter them out. So I guess then esterfied steroids would actually accumulate in the liver.??
Heart? Kidneys? Does this mean that when megadosing esterfied IM steroids that there may be considerable value to rotating injection sites? Surely the loss rate is going to increase as a body tissue area saturates with esters and more will just go straight into circulation every time you pin there. How many CC's can you get in a glute again and what is actually happening when you try to cram a full 3cc barrel on one shot? Does megadosing esterfied steroids at the same injection location clogg your liver up with steroid esters and disable it's capacity to remove said esters?
