leveling up

Hello friends, I've been lurking here for a while and have now decided to start contributing. I'm 30 years old and have been lifting for half my life, but my diet and lifestyle have been poor for most of that time. I underate for most of my adult life and only got a grip on my eating habits once I turned 28. In the first year I ate normally, slept regularly, and didn't go to too many parties I gained about 7 kg (15 lbs) of lean mass naturally (I've just finished a cut, so I have a good point of comparison). The plan now is to keep pushing and see what's achievable. I'm not necessarily going to stay natty. I have a background in biochemistry and I like to think I know how to optimise performance and quality of life.
xoxo

thanks for the warm welcome guys. to your question @PiscesMoon , yes, i track absolutely everything to a fault. food is currently at 2900kcal on training days, which is maintenance. I've just finished a three months cutting phase- so im increasing slowly, looking to make a few solid gains in the next months!
