Lets talk cheese!

I've was never the fancy cheese platter type of dude but my brother in law who is a very successful restaurateur who owns a few different 3 Michelin star restaurants has opened my eyes to different cheeses and the meats that accompany them so well.

Anyone else on here a cheese head that enjoy the different lesser known cheeses from around the world?

So far I can't get enough of the goat milk aged Machego and Faisselle cheese.

I had the Greek equivalent of Manchego, I can't recall what it was named but it was excellent.

If only cheese didn't have so much fat with its protein.

I'm on a keto diet at the moment so fat wasn't necessarily a bad thing for me but I was consuming so much cheese that I was getting constipated lol

If you want really good cheese.. Go to Switzerland, damn boi.
Austria, some regions of italy and France have awesome cheese too.

We're making our own cheese every summer. It ripes a whole year in the alpine house and next summer we're getting it out.

Try harzerkäse, graukas or surakäs. Not even 1g fats at 100g and lots of protein there.

Dick cheese is the most prized of all. Back when i was desperate for money i used to harvest my dick cheese and sell it to this restauranteur who owned a few 3 Michelin star restaurants and had a bodybuilding brother in law.

Wait a second...
