Basically I'm interested in increasing the weekly dose, I feel pretty level now, first couple weeks I could feel the changes, but now I just feel stable, normal.

Just wondering at what range might I feel a little extra, like more motivated and or feel that boost a little more.

I have good results currently, like morning wood and waking up with energy, just general energy and motivation, especially with my cardio, so not trying to go crazy, but interested in trying slightly higher

Like 35mg EOD? Or 40 EOD....

Also currently monitoring hair shedding, has me worried but no other sides to report.

And for prolactin, from what I've read it's elevated from my daily kratom use, but everything else is looking good, lipid etc
 
You are averaging 105mg a week of Test C. There is no guarantee that you will feel any different on a small increase. But personally I’d want my total T to be up around 1K. 40mg EOD will average out to 140mg a week. For me that gets me 1K-1,200 total T but everyone is different.

Keep an eye on your prolactin and for signs of gyno. If TRT is your intent where you currently are is not bad at all.

Thanks for the insight. I'm curious about a blast and cruise, maybe towards the end of this year currently waiting for a shoulder injury to resolve so I'm just taking my time finding my baseline. Training just legs and doing cardio, also have a physically demanding job where I'm on my feet 9hrs+ 6 days a week, interested to see the PED aspect of T later down the line, but yes, TRT+ for the cruise, and for the time being.

Without knowing what 1200 total t would feel like, I am curious, and I think id be happy somewhere a little closer to that. No symptoms or sides currently, beyond some shredding hair, nipples feel fine.

I've stayed consistent at 30 EOD for almost 6 weeks now, what can I expect jumping up to 40 EOD? Does that seem like a smart amount to increase? And should I wait longer to increase? Like would it help me prevent sides of I wait longer to increase. Like a slow gradual increase?

I would say over all just of what I've noticed thus far, could be considered subtle changes, but on paper, 8 definitely have more energy/drive, and morning wood and libido are noticeable, as well as waking up easier/operating with less sleep.

Just wondering if there's a sweet spot going a little higher where some of these things are more noticable before approaching diminishing returns and or sides

It is doubtful you will see any diminishing returns jumping to 40. You might not feel much different though. I’d jump to 42 EOD which averages out to 150 a week. See how you feel. Keep an eye on E2. Ride that for several weeks and get labs. Everybody’s sweet spot is different at TRT doses so slow increases is smart.

Thanks for that man, 150 seems very doable. I'm going to wait another week or so, then bump it up to what you recommend.

this is latest "Trt" labs, i didnt take this at trough, because i already did one of those tests a few weeks ago like that, this is off @140 mg test c weekly, The thing is my e2 was sky high at 71, lol needless to say im a high aromatizer, i dropped down to trt dose around April, and was not taking ai because i was going for these "data points" , now i know i need a small dose of ai every week even on trt doses,,

Sounds like a great plan. How has it been so far? Did you up your dosage?
It's been great, I decided to phase it, I've been at 38mg for about 3 weeks and will go up another 3iu after this week. Zero sides, feeling good about it. I can answer any other questions, but basically Im glad I've taken it slow, but I'm feeling certain that I can go higher and will probably get blood work in another month, sooner if i feel anything weird, but so far only feel good about it
 
For me it was a night and day difference in terms of energy, feeling of well being, etc. when my levels were 1100-1200 vs 700ish. Like you, I felt "better" at 700 from baseline, but there was still room for improvement. I was pretty blown away by how much better I felt around 1100-1200. Everyone is different of course.

The funky thing about TRT is it's best to titrate to your clinical benefit / effect, and that seems to top out (can happen lower) for most men around the high end of the range / slightly above. If you're going to run Test for anabolism obviously you want to push the dosage up a bit, but in my personal experience, and from what I've heard from other men on TRT and from a few HRT docs, the psychological / energy / well being benefits don't really increase beyond that 900 - 1200 range, you just get more anabolism.
 
From what I've read, I agree with that. I've found new levels unlock in the gym, like actually surprising the shit out of myself with energy and going heavy. But also the fact that I've been eating plenty, cuz previously I was more low carb fasting, not I'm like eating as much as I can of everything, whole foods, and just getting tons of every.

But yeah, that's exactly my goal, to inch my way up to the top end of the range and cruise. I haven't had any signs asking the way to indicate a reversal,

Manny people suggest that TRT dose ranges are far too low, and I'm not trying to go so crazy and be massive, but right now I'm loving the little weight I've gained and the energy is night and day. In my head getting up to 200mg per week seems like the ceiling for what I'm going for, but obvs I'm judging by feels and blood work. I'll be sure to post
again after next blood work, honestly I wanted to post labs from just this little increase, but it has showed me that I can bump up a good bit more before I would get worried, that's why I'll post labs after this next bump

My prolactin is high waiting on new labs, but what can I do
 
How high? Any symptoms of gyno? P5P daily can help lower prolactin but if it’s really high or you have gyno symptoms caber will quickly lower prolactin in a matter of days.

Free Testosterone 5.7 pg/mL (low) to 29.45 ng/dL (very high).

SHBG dropped from 43.7 → 30.5,

Estradiol (13 → 22.5 pg/mL),

Prolactin is now 34.1 ng/mL (high, ref <22.7)

These are my numbers from pre TRT to 30mg EOD

I've since increase to 37mg EOD but waiting on labs

Nips are definitely sensitive, hurt with pressure on them, but I don't feel any lumps

I'm getting an appointment with my doc but I want to know what I should ask for.

Which is the best AI to have on hand, and I've heard horror stories about caber, but I will take it off I need to, v micro dose it

ask for a mammogram to rule out gyno, i had one before , it really depends on how your pcp is in regards to trt treatments and preventative care,

Always have Aromasin, Caber and Raloxifene on hand. I didn’t have any negative sides from Caber but it works so fast you don’t need to take it more than a few days. The Ralox would only be needed if you had signs of gyno (more than just sensitive nips).

The Aromasin isn’t needed either. Your E2 is fine if that was an E2 sensitive/ultrasensitive lab.

Your prolactin is barely out of range. It’s a personal judgment call whether Caber is even needed yet.

I’m curious what your Doc recommends.

I wouldn't be increasing anything until I got that prolactin under control. Unless titties are your thing.
 
Well to be clear, I had been administering test c on my own with blood work. But at this point I'm looking to sign on to a provider in order to get access to pharma grade solutions.

Currently looking at Royal medical but it seems like what day generally provide is just a cookie cutter of one size fits all solution
