Labrada Nutrition, and Hunters diet

A few months ago I think it was we started seeing Hunter post his diet am having 4 of his 6 meals as whey isolate as the protein. With a whopping 12oz or so total animal meat for the day.

Well here we are, yesterday they launched Labrada Pro series

Is Hunters diet the truth or a marketing ploy???
 
Unless you really hate food or can’t eat I don’t believe it unless the above foods tasty nutritious and is the best overall to grow the most optimal he’s communing meals.
 
If I’m not mistaken, his diet has recently swapped out some whey for whole food sources as he gets a bit deeper into his prep.

If it works for him, it works for him. I think the company itself is irrelevant in that decision because whoever would be sponsoring him would be doing the same thing to capitalize on this exposure and “viral” diet trend of his.
 
I tend to believe Hunter because he’s been doing liquid egg whites and whey shakes for..ever. I would say his diet is definitely not typical, but I’ve added more shakes to my current diet than I typically advise or am comfortable with and so far I’m not seeing any huge negatives other than possible cost.

However, since egg whites tend to be the same or more expensive than whey and a lb of steak is $10, that’s probably also not a drawback. I still believe in varying protein sources and think Hunter is taking the liquids to a bit of an extreme but his waist is staying small and he continues to stay super fucking lean and 265+ lbs...hard to argue with those results even if it won’t work well for most people.
 
This is the most recent diet I saw from him. It doesn't seem like a whole lot of food. But being 9 weeks out, having top tier genetics, and probably running a fuck ton of gear. I don't see why it couldn't be what he's actually eating.

Add that all up. It’s actually a FUCK ton of carbs for 9 weeks out. The protein is just mostly liquid.
