Due to pending surgery, i have to lay off the juice for a while, so i was thinking of using creating for the time being.
In the book Chemical Muscle Enhancement, L. Rea has laid out a "Creatinge Cocktail" that is suppose to work real well. This is the recipe:
16 - 32 oz Water
5 - 10 g Creatine
250 - 500 mg salt
50 g Malt Extract
25 mg Ephedrine
300 mg Lipoic Acid and/or 50 mg D-Pinitol
A source of 3-guanidinopropionate
4 - 25 mg Glutamine
30 - 50 g Whey Protein
1 mg Triacana
Has anybody tried this?
His writing on this is real sketchy and difficult to understand. What dosing schedule would you use? Any info. is appreciated.
