Keto & Tirzepatide

Glucose has dropped significantly which was expected. I'm monitoring it. I'm thinking to make some changes.

Open the hearing any who had to make diet changes on any peptides. Open to recommendations?

Thanks in advance!

I'm currently cutting with the 14 day UD2.0 diet variation from Lyle McDonald so I'm under 50g carbs for 11 days in a row. Also rotating tirzepatide and semaglutide. I watch my blood sugar too and it's always in the 60-80 range. Even the 3 days I stuff my face with carbs my blood sugar doesn't get into the 90s. It's kind of amazing. It's a new meter so I checked it on my wife to make sure it's working right and she was at 150 an hour after a meal so it's definitely working. I'm thinking a low dose of semaglutide while bulking would be beneficial to keep from burning out the pancreas.

Good for you brother, so far as being smart about everything and you know what you're doing. You're running both? I've read people doing this but did not consider. You think you may help along with some diet adjustments?

I've just alternated weeks mostly so tirzepatide one week, sema the next. But recently I tried just doing a low dose of semaglutide when the tirzepatide starts to wear off and it works fantastic at extending the hunger suppression. So I did 12.5mg tirzepatide on Monday and Thursday when I started to get some hunger I did 0.5mg semaglutide. It worked fantastic and my hunger didn't return for a week so I skipped the next Monday's dose of tirzepatide and did it 2 or 3 days later when the hunger returned

I may attempt that to see if it helps. Hunger definitely declined fast following the first injection (Tirze). I've had no major side effects, just keeping an eye on glucose levels which are stable.

However, in the future, if I run into a similar situation this may be an option. Plan to use Tirzepatide until end of March (8-9 weeks). Chose it over Semi from reading it's ability to immediately suppress appetite. And it's legit. Anyone in question, so far I have no complaints.

Only thing was changing my diet. I am likely to go Paleo than anything else.
