@theprodgicalson I know you have done body tempering. Any experience with the Boomstick and or PainPill?

Anyone else have any experience using these tools? What are your thoughts of these tools?

^^^ that's what im sayin....
Nobody still told me what it does LOL
Lol. It's a tool used for body tempering, trigger point release Myofascial sheering. Unlike other tools on the market, I believe the weight of both the PainPill and Boomstick make it extremely effective. Lol, I sound like a fucking Kabuki Strength shill. But that's what it's used for.

My PL coach had a boomstick made, much cheaper. He got the dimensions and he works in a factory, had a machinist turn it out from raw steel.

I like it very much. It's not too much to handle like "the ex wife" but has enough weight to be effective without a lot of strength from the user.
Idk how much they retail for but I think the steel itself was like 75 bucks to make it

I want both the Boomstick and PainPill.
Looks brutal...and I may consider acquiring these as well.

The boomstick is $132...pricey but if it's good it's worth it.

A dude from my gym that does strongman did that, too. His dad owns a metalworking shop and they make most of his strongman equipment, too.

I'm not sure which my buddy who does my body tempering has, but I love it. He will use on shoulders, delts, traps and to dig into my hips/glutes and Lats if I'm having problems. If you got the cash laying around, and can find someone that will use it on you effectively, buy one.

The sheering effect of the canter kneeling really helps. He was using it on my bis/tris. But now he is using a smaller ex wife piece that is like 80ish pounds. Hurts like a motherfucker at first but I've had zero tendinitis issues since doing it. And that's been a problem for me for the last 2+years.

Thank you. This is what I needed to hear.
