Mid-40s
Lost 80lbs about 6 years, lifting heavy since
Started TRT prescribed about 5 years ago
Interested in bodybuilding but probably not going to compete, just want to look good naked

Hoping to contribute when I can. I spend a lot of time reading forums and articles.
