iso healthy fast meal ideas

Been working two fulltime jobs here lately. Not much free time to hit the gym as much as I'd like, cook, clean, sleep. Been having issues w heart burn that comes and goes. Anyone have any fast meal suggestions that's low in fat and doesn't taste like cardboard lol. Looking to shed a few lbs and gain energy feel so tired all the time even on my days off.

Today I ate
Breakfast- bowl of cereal w whole milk
Snack- gogurt
Lunch- healthy choice or similar microwave meal
Dinner- made vegetable stirfry cooked in water no oil. / somedays its a frozen chicken portion and a bag of microwave veggies.

Slight heart burn today no pills needed. Yay.

Open to ideas. Thanks for reading.

Get a rice cooker. Use it to make rice.

Bust out the grill on a day off. Cook up a bunch of meat for the week.

Get some birdseye steamfresh veggies. Wait until the day youll eat em to make em (theyre fresh and you can put it in the microwave machine).

Tasty meals the week.

I'll second the steamfresh. Check out the frozen protein blends. Tasty, ready in five minutes, goes with whatever.

Slow cooker. Ten pounds of chicken breast, bottle of mojo marinade, leave it on low until needed. Crock pots are your friend.

Barilla protein plus, ground turkey, jars of sauce. You can prep a week worth in 30m.

Turkey chili over rice, with lots of hot sauce. Rotisserie chicken with rice and veggies.

I usually don't have a day off during the week but I'll make all my food for the week usually on Saturday or do 4 days worth then Wednesday make 3 days worth. It's all about the prep work, and Tupperware gotta have Tupperware

As stated above crockpots are your friend. Season some chicken and let it cook all day, my wife uses her kitchen aid mixer and shreds it up sometimes also for potatoes, tacos, sandwiches etc. Baked shrimp is a good protein source as well. I've been getting a lot of ideas off a phone app called "Yummly" lately it has a ton of recipes and a lot of them give an idea of nutrition info.

Never tried the protein blends have to try those. Ima diesel mechanic by day and overnight I stock shelves for a grocery store hope to soon drop to part time. Only work there for the exercise. Great full body workout for me and mild cardio depending on how fast I work. For a while I just ate what I could and someties the gf had a meal fixed. Now that she cheated and moved out I'm going to focus on me and my health. Thanks for the input guys I appreciate it.

FYI -- there's a "show us your girls" thread in discussions just I'm case you want to throw your ex's naughty photos up there.

Also, a deficit of calories is a deficit and you will be losing weight either way.... but have you looked into knocking your carbs down and upping your fat intake?
Your body uses fat for low intensity work, and glycogen for high intensity energy.
Could help with your energy, and also help you drop some pounds.

But before you start researching any of that, remember.... "show us your girls" general discussion forum.......

I got rid of her pics man but I never heard of the diet plan u talked about. I always tried to keep the fat low and protein high and never payed attention to calories. Thanks for the input bro have to give that a try also.
