Not entirely true. You got pretty technical with your response so I feel obligated to do same.
You said "weak man". Different from weak back in my eyes. I wouldn't consider John to be a "weak man".[emoji6][emoji9][emoji849]
Agreed. And I was being a bit flippant and general, considering the OP suggested doing squats and then leg press in succession until exhaustion.
That said, if I had to pick one of the two as a primary leg exercise, it would be squats. Don't think that's overly controversial, unless squatting every week causes pain.
I did squats two days ago, actually. But concede that my choice of wording wasn't the best - it wasn't intended to belittle anyone who decides not to squat.
