Anyone have similar levels or think if its even worth getting bringing up to doc. Have symptoms but mostly just depression and low energy so that could kinda be anything. Am 21. Workout and have decent diet.

Fsh- 1.0 mIU/mL
Lh- 4.5 mIU/mL

At 18, this is worth bringing up with your doctor since you may be having symptoms.

I think the biggest indicators would be your bodyfat distribution and how you recover from physical activity.

Yes. Very low for your age. You should definitly be pursuing this with your doctor and trying to find out why. Mine was about the same at 49 and I felt like shit. Got on TRT and it changed my life, trajectory, and improved drive and mental health. Also gave me what i needed to lose nearly 90 pounds and start training regularly.

You overall test at 261 is low.

But you are 21.

You say "workout and have decent diet." That does not tell us so much. I do not see estrogen values. Have you run steroids before or recently? Are you obese? Are you on SSRI? Do you smoke marijuana?

Your FSH is low, too, like outside of reference range low. LH isn't too bad.

FSH low may be a pituitary gland problem. I'd go see a doctor but see about trying to find the cause and not just bandaid it with injecting testosterone, especially at only 21 years old.

See if the doctor can figure out why FSH is so low (which can cause infertility)

What does all the other blood work show? Have you had your thyroid checked as that can influence T levels and give the same symptoms. You are getting plenty of rest, low stress etc. Have you done any cycles? Your T levels are low for your age but many things can cause that. Decent diet can have a different meaning to different people. Some one on a low fat diet can think that is good but it may not be.

Did not get estrogen checked but got prolactin which was at 22. Will get it on next test. No smoking and no ssri's. do take gabepentin for nerve pain and occasionally take anti inflammatory for pain. No steroids. 170 at 5 foot 7. Workout less then usual due to injury but still every other day. Diet's good with healthy food except for occasional drink.

Everything else seems to be in range. T3 UPTAKE was a little high at 37. Higher stress than normal recently but nothing crazy. Eat 25% Protein 30% Fat 45% Carbs. 3000-2500 cals

the deceptive thing about that reference range is that it's 18 years old till death so 250 is normal for an 80-year-old on the verge of death.

the 200's are a living hell (mine was ~290 for a while)

hopefully you just need to make some lifestyle changes, try get it to at least 600.

GBP, CBZ, and GBP-CBZ combination significantly reduced the absolute weight of the testis, epididymis, and seminal vesicle (p < 0.05). Moreover, epididymal sperm count and morphology were significantly decreased (p < 0.05) in GBP, CBZ, and GBP-CBZ groups. Reduction in serum levels of testosterone for all of the treated groups was statistically significant (p < 0.05). The cytoarchitecture of the testicular tissue in the testis of CBZ and GBP-CBZ groups showed disorganization. The altered testicular function were almost restored in GBP treated rats. CBZ and GBP-CBZ combination have delayed but reversible antifertility in the rats. Hence, chronic administration of GBP, CBZ, and GBP-CBZ combination reversibly reduced testicular function in male rats.

If I was in your shoes I would definitely find a doctor who's willing to pull your hormone panels and see where you're at, until you do that you will not know for sure - it's like taking your car to the mechanic without letting them diagnose it properly! But in this case, as you're so young you need to find the "right" mechanic!

At 22 years old. Years and years ago. I got a full work up of labs done. My test was at 208ng/dl…. My issue was from over using SARMs/PH use (stupid inpatient kid). I was uneducated and it crashed my hormones production hard. Life was miserable for years. I yawned ever 5 minutes. Was exhausted 24/7, no matter how much I slept or whatever I tried. I ate 4-5 meals a day, trained hard, and hit my cardio. Took proper rest days etc… Nothing helped until I got onto TRT. Complete 180 in quality of life + the gym.
As others recommended get a full lab work up. And you may have to “shop” doctors. Depending where you are, some primary care doctors are very anti TRT or hormone optimizing. They’ll just say eat healthy and stay hydrated then kick ya to the curb. Be patient. You’ll find an answer

When was it pulled? Morning vs evening can be a significant difference.

Remember that one reading is not conclusive.

Lifestyle changes can help you increase your TT.

Also make sure you're not depleted on key minerals and vitamins.

Before jumping on TRT, try everything else and give it time, consult a doctor who's actually experienced and think about trt only as a last resort. It ain't no fun to inject your self, it gets old quick among other issues you may or may not end up having. Take care.
