Hi guys i want to ask for your help! I bought this product from a retailer and I was very impressed, at first sight it seems a simple crystallization but after I put it in hot water for about 10 minutes nothing has changed. what can be? a diamond?

Hot water bath likely not getting it hot enough, or 10 min isn't near enough time in just hot water.

I use glass top stove on crashed gear, set on 3, and constantly swirl it around and taking it off from time to time to insure it's not getting too hot to touch.

yeah, looks crashed/crystallized. I have had some that I could never get fully into solution. Just keep trying to turn up the heat or keep in the heat longer. If you can't get it to dissolve, I would not pin it.

Thanks for the advice, today I tried to heat it again but no result. I decided not to use it and to throw it away!

It's crashed. There are several ways to restore the solution. I put the vial in a baggie, the baggie in a tumbler sized thermos, and then fill that with boiling water straight from my electric kettle. Give it five minutes and heat more water. After 5 minutes, take it out, shake it well, and then if its not ready put it back in the bag and mug and cover with more boiling water. Wait five more minutes and repeat.

Years in restaurant kitchens will not let me put glass anywhere near my stovetop.
