Hey Everyone,
So this is my introduction. Ive always been fat. During high school I lifted weights and did cardio. I was not the biggest guy around but held my own. My weight was a problem and I always had to watch it.
After HS I got a desk job and quickly ballooned up to 250lbs. At about 21 I hit the weights harder and did cardio like a mad man. At about 24 I dropped to 191lbs! Crowning achievement. Still had a lot of extra weight and bouncy flab.
I was taking supplements and the old Xenedrine. My body responded incredibly to the Xenedrine. My diet was pretty perfect. I had dialed into a low card diet that made me aggressive, lose weight, and feel great. I was working with Doctors, nutritionist, and was surrounded by health living.
I was extremely fit and got laid all the time. The problem is that with all the muscle and all the work I was still fat. I had man boobs and a stomach.
This is what the general routing looked like:

Tuesday
Bike 34 miles-Morning
Run 4 miles-Lunch
1000 stairs-Lunch
Bike 2 miles-evening
Wednesday
Weights
Thursday
Bike 34miles-morning
Run 4 miles-Lunch
500 Stairs
Friday
Weights
Sat
Off
Sunday
Ran 6 miles in the mountain-Early Morning
Hikes 6 miles in the mountain-Mid morning
Bikes 34b-Late morning
The routine was way too much to keep up with and I wasnt even close to skinny. At about 27 I found myself losing hope and started gaining the weight back so I joined a Gym and got a great physical trainer(the trainer now has his own gym in Santa Monica CA). He got me refocused. I had slid to 230lbs and he cut me back down to 211lbs. Problem is at 211lbs I was really showing the weight that just 20lbs lower was hardly noticeable. I stuck with the guy for almost 6 months and then just said fuck it.
So much cash. So much time Im still a fat fuck. Before you get on my case I have access to expert nutritionist, diet specialist, and doctors which I use all the time. They keep telling me this is how my body is and everyone is different. My family is full of fat bastards who are clinically obese. We are destined to survive a famine. Our genes are just holding out hope that one will occur Persistent bastards.
Ive taken 2 years off/lite and ballooned up to 255lbs. This seems to be the magic number for me. My body loves this weight. I still bike occasionally, hike in the mountains, and lift weights regularly. I was eating like shit so that is what it is.
Recently I said fuck this and added to my home gym setup. I already had a power rack, tons of weights, benches, blah blah So I got a good elliptical, rower, and the treadmill will arrive in the next month. In place of couches for watching TV will be the equipment. No more sitting area for TV.
Ive been back on a work out plan and eating right for 6 months. Its amazing how the muscle remembers. Everything is going good and great on those fronts.
I should be able to be down to 210lbs in a few months. I love ephedrine, caffeine, and aspirin (ECA) stack and am looking to add/replace that. That is why Im here. I am doing my research so that in a few months when Ive cut my weight down I can get on a weight loss cycle.
Information is what Im looking for so Ive been lurking for a couple of months Finally registered an account. .. Now I need to get rid of the annoying message saying I need to post in the non existent introduction forum.
Ive taken lots of notes and copied routines that have been posted. Dont worry, I wont give any of you a bigger ego than you already have by saying whose.
All teasing aside Ive found this forum extremely helpful.
I dont want to be an American fat ass statistic and Im here to ensure Im not.
