Intro

Hello my name is Andrej im a 21 year old male who's 5'9 165 pounds who trains MMA. I joined this forum to learn more about steroid,sarm,peptide usage.I am going to try out my very first cycle soon(in about 2-3 months) testosterone 250 mg×2 a week,anavar 20mg(might increase to 25) and finally 3-4iu's of HGH(not pharma grade) my main goal with this cycle is recovery. I want to train everyday 1-2 times without feeling tired and fatigued(gym and mma)also i know this cycle will help me put on sum size and a get a lot of my compoud moves up in weight.

I fight too, and it sucks being too sore and tired to train. As far as recovery goes, you'd probably be better served by nailing down your diet and getting your sleep routine in order (which you'll have to do anyway if you jump on the magical mexican creatine). How much do you sleep every night? What are you eating and what are your average macros? What are the results of your latest blood labs?

Also, at 5'9", lightweight/welter is perfect. Why do you want to go up?

Nailing down my diet is probably the hardest part but i still do try to get 70-100 grams of protein every,i sleep realitivly good every night(8-9 hours) only problem being some study weeks of college, blood work is good(got it done fairly recent since some medical problems) just havent done a total and free range testosterone and e2 test, might not make any size changes or bulk up since i considered what you said and realised that welterweight is great since i dont have to cut much and lightweight is also good but i do have to cut a little more to make weight, only problem is my recovery college,gym plus mma is making me really tired(mainly the gym since doing heavy compounds is kinda my priority,but even sometimes coming home after a 2 hour wrestling session can make me absolutely not turn my body and just lay in bed) macros are mainly 45%carbs 35%protein 10%fats might have to just up protein and fat intake idk i'll prob experiment might not take anavar and test since 21 is still considered pretty young ig but i definetly do want to try some HGH and expirement with it a little, i know that if it pops on the drug tests its bad but since im amateur they only test before fights so idk i'll see thanks for your reply tho.

I wouldn't, tbh. Especially not at 21. And especially not before having proper bloodwork done. You need to do that, very first thing. Test/Free test/estradiol/IGF-1 minimum. Probably want a dexa scan before GH too, so you can monitor for any abnormal growth.

I wouldn't do it as a hobbyist either. If you think you might be top level someday, maybe, but at that point you need to have a coach/mentor/pro helping you plan that out properly, not some ragtag randos on the internet.

Focus on your diet for now. If you wanna put on some lean mass, you're gonna have to up your protein, 70 won't cut it. That's barely enough to keep your tendons from snapping.
