I’ve ran one cycle of humalog working up to 10iu for 6 weeks duration, and was just curious what the consensus is with using pre or post regarding hypertrophy benefits.
Currently on 8ius of hgh and 500mg of test E, 400mg primo E and 1.5mg Reta per week.
I ran my last cycle of humalog pre and had good results and insane pumps; however, I was curious if the insulin would be more benefical running post?
Will be starting with 7iu humalog. Shake consists of 70g Karbolyn, 7.5g creatine, glycerol mono, glutamine, BCAA’s, Leucine, and 72g whey protein.
Would appreciate any recommendations from those who have ran humalog.
Also,
Nutrition/training/rest are on point so no concerns there. Get regular bloodwork, monitor BP and BG.
