Hey guys looking to learn a bit more about injectable L-Carnitine so if anyone has any experience or insight they'd like to share, please post up

Seems pretty interesting. I've read some on it and seems effective. I'd be curious as to real world experience also. It says is helps with recovery by getting rid of lactate. Any idea where to get it from yet? I haven't looked just curious if its readily available?

Synthetine is the one I have always seen mentioned

Ive used it for quite some time now. I take 400mg right before i have preworkout carbs. I think it makes a difference.

It seems like I don't run out of gas quite as fast, and maybe don't get sore as easily.

I can say it's not a huge notable difference for me. No, wow, this is what I was missing, factor.

If I had to pay 59.95 for synthetine, I wouldn't use it. I pay 22.95 for 100ml(200mg/ml).

I understand many on Meso, are interested in discussing topic of this nature but it’s difficult for me to believe anyone would pay anything for a compound with such limited evidence based data as the void leaves a gapping hole in which enterprising supplement producers may feel “obligated” to fill with little more than anecdotal drivel.

It would be great to get your input on it given your knowledge. Always looking to learn
Not impressed when 2 people show up that have knowledge, basically call us all a bunch of stupid fucks without any explanation, then leave.

Pretty hard for me to have any respect for people so narcissistic. If you don't have anything better to add than a stupid comment and a meme, GTFOH.

Painful injections hurts like a bitch, you will have bruises in every injection spot and must do multiple injections on treated area. Fast results.

More pronounced effects can be obtained with a cocktail of "mesoterapy compounds", one of wish will be Levocarnitine

I’d be very cautious about
formulating a scientific opinion citing the reviewers “notes for this study”conclusions, since some, if not many, of these “notes” are not supported by the research itself.

These guys are generally pretty good with their recommendations. I’m sure there are instances where they’re off base but with respect to l-carnitine they don’t see any benefit to taking it unless one happens to be clinically deficient

I really like that site! When I want to learn about a new supp I Google it followed by the word "examine".

As far as injectable L Carnitine, I've had pretty positive experience with it. Is it a game changer? Not really. I've spoken to a few very knowledgeable individuals that feel it's a great necessity as well.

Alberto Salazar and Jeffrey Brown loved L-carnitine infusions for their athletes/clients.

I’ve used this site on several occasions primarily bc they lprovide a reasonably up to date list of supplement research.

However the reviewers
tend to skew the data in pro supplement manner.

They are not the only ones since Big Pharma is often quilty if the same sort of bias IME.

To that end IME, when in doubt, it’s best to critically evaluate the research ourselves.

Best

I know a few folk who like to some a doobie immediately before exercising, but is
it “beneficial”?

Well if such an approach if it gets them to exercise.
