Incorporating strength training into hypertrophy?

I haven't tried increasing volume quite yet (except on my bench)
Time restraints get in the way so I really inly get maximum 1 and a half hours in the gym midweek.
Overloading is something I would like to try indeed

I personally respond well to periodized routines that change from moderate to extremely high volume. Everyone's different though, but it can't hurt to try a new routine every once and a while
