Immune Support - Helpful or Waste of Money?

Hey, MESO. I'll start off, no not for the intention of avoiding COVID, but more common illnesses such as your general cold and cough virus.

As of the last month I've been battling a nasty virus. I've been antibiotics, but when I kick it, I want something to help prevent. I haven't been able to workout for the last month due to coughing/breathing issues (No COVID, confirmed by three Doctor visits). I see a lot of new immune support supps and I'm curious if it's worth it.

There are some wonderful items that support the immune system
Zinc/Magnesium or even probiotics (healthy stomach flora has been shown to have a direct effect on our immune systems)

My suggestion would be to research and purchase them individually, as the "Immuno 10000 supplements) are typically overpriced

I try to keep a stock of the following:
-Liposomal or lypospheric vitamin c
-Liposomal or lypospheric glutathione ( I am planning on getting the injectible form)
-Zinc Piclonate
-Vitamin D3 drops
Whenever i get signs of flu/cold coming, I start dosing up on the above and It always helps me.
And lately, I take a teaspoon of curcumin powder to help with internal inflammation as inflammation is the cause of lot of diseases.

C and Zinc are in my daily protocol and have had a definite benefit in reduced illnesses over the years since I started supplementing. I'll typically do a zinc/mag tab AM and PM and 2g of C per day. If I feel something coming on, I'll boost C to 6g ED. Just make sure to split up C doses as it can cause the runs.
