I'm looking for GOOD Glycemic Index site

Here is the index

Here is two articles/web sites, I'm not sure what you want. The index is all you need.
Basically you want foods lower on the scale, like if you had to choose between brown rice and white rice, you go with brown rice because the number is lower. higher fiber foods are lower in number than their lower fiber counterparts. By following the higher fiber foods, you'll also increase your protein consumption.

Thanks guys... I'm actually trying to find rice cakes on the Glycemic index. I incorporate quaker oats brand plain rice cakes into my diet but a guy told me they are high. I figured because they were made with brown rice they should be low.

Rice cakes are right on the top, higher than a Mt. Dew
