So after a short hiatus from meso I'm back. Thanks to the guys welcoming me back. Things have been going good, I had to take a break for awhile for a few personal reasons. As for running a gear log for ripped, I decided against it. I ended up running my own cycle. For starters, I wanted to compete but ideally didn't have the compounds I wanted. But I decided to diet and bust ass off what I had to use, I'm using 400/wk deca, 400/wk eq, and 200/wk test e. I started dieting 13 wks out with 1 junk meal per week up until recently, I'm 8 wks away and trying to go on just a carb up day each wk and not a junk meal anymore. My go is to go pro in men's physique, I am getting away from bodybuilding competitions because I just can't compete with dosages I use. I keep things moderate and financially just can't do what it takes to be as competitive as I need to be in bodybuilding. I think I have a decent chance at going pro in physique, depending on how big the judges go for without deducting points. The only change I'm going to make is I'm going to come in with some anavar and drop my deca and eq 2 wks out, and back the test down to only 100mg last 2 wks. I'm not running any fat burners or anything other than a couple cups of black coffee each day. I wanted to go old school this time and feel like I can bring a really good look off bare minimum gear. I'm currently at 221 lbs, I'm thinking 205-210 on stage at 5'9. I want my bodyfat somewhere around 6-7%, not trying to go ultra dry and 3%, would like to keep a healthy look and just do the best I can with what I have. 2 vials of deca, 2 eq, and about 100 tabs of var along with my trt dose. We'll see how things go. I love bodybuilding but to bring back the old school just isn't realistic in open men's bodybuilding now. So this was a different route for me.
