Lower my sex drive and my mental focus,basically.

Do u eat it? How many? And what type?(dextrose,maltodextrine,waxy maize, cooked maize - my carbs - etc.)

I eat whatever I want after training. It's usually a well rounded meal but sometimes not. As long as daily intake is on track, doesn't matter a whole lot.

When I was your age,my discourse sounds exactly like it yours(I think so).

But now the cooked maize(chilean version of waxy maize;technically the same stuff) is the only way for me. If I dont eat those carbs,shit,the sugar research is heavy like mcfly said Haha.In the past dextrose or some coke;with the poliquin rules in my thinking.

Anyone?
