I seriously would love to know how these guys do it, I think they take digestive enzymes and drugs to promote appetite.

There was a guy in the gym where I trained before that took a drug to boost his appetite, I’m sure a lot of these guys do it too, but it can’t be good for you to do that all the time.

Digestive enzymes and probiotics are so important

appetite stimulants, ghrp, there’s one called megastrol Acetate I think, cyproheptadine

also just having genetically superior gut biom and willpower lol

I thought it was the shitload of GH they take that allows them this but also the super anabolism from the high doses

I think it’s the insulin. I have eaten more calories than the guy (even though not only “clean“) and I could never get nowhere close to that size.

Im pretty sure the insulin partitions the nutrients in a substantially more efficient way, so much so that you can grow significantly more with less calories compared to aas alone.
