If your gonna buy Slin online, get Humalog.. It's faster acting and is out of your system faster.. I take 1 serving of Mass fuel after I use it (10iu's post work out), then I drink a 1/2 bottle of Nouriche yogurt by yoplait with non fat whey protien 45 minutes after that, then repeat with the other 1/2- 45 minutes later. Works the nuts! Humulin R is legal and you should be able to buy at any pharmacy if you go that way.
