Humble newcomer looking to turn into a man again!! Help please!!

Been busy being a Dad with four kids and forgot about my own self. I played ball in college and lifted until around the age of 27 and that was 10 years ago. I was 5'8 and 195 but cut and shredded. I now have no drive and am a mere image of my old self. I know what I need to do eat clean and lift. Just wanted to welcome myself here. Any feedback would be great. I have a goal to get back on gear in a year but right now I have to get my program back. Thanks for any words or a good swift kick in the ole arse.
