HRT & TRT Clinics Online

Good morning, I've been doing some research what comes up when searching HRT & TRT clinics online. I found and called 2 clinics that provide HGH and TRT prescribed after blood work is done and a standard physical examination is completed. Without bloods the rep over the phone recommended 1.5 IU 5 days a week on (an example based on my age and weight/height), costs $4400 for Norditropin Pen 12 week supply. Expensive IMO. I also found a Mexican network that does the same but through Mexico Doctor and Pharmacy (they claim on the website that they are much cheaper than U.S. clinics), $17/IU for same Norditropin Pen. Everything is shipped to you.

Does anyone have any experience with these types of clinics or treatment in the U.S. or Mexico?

Anyone else have success in a search?

Thanks

You get what you pay for!

I PROMISE, Mexico will be no different than any other online HRT site that doesn't require an RX or a formal medical evaluation, and that is an issue of delivering QUALITY Pharm grade products.

Thus unless you're willing and able to accept the risk of losing whatever funds are required, stick with the more expensive US arena, bc at least their therapy will be legit!

You're 100% correct sir. I can either go see a specialist in South Florida that will create a "customized" protocol or "negotiate" a protocol over the phone with a online HRT/TRT network to get them to prescribe me 2IU/day.

In addition to above. My anxiety is finding dosing that will make me comfortable. Again Im a rookie that is going by member suggestions, hearsay and my own research.

Like wtf would I do with 0.5 IU per day. Feel me?

One online group does 3 bottles sermorelin, 1 bottle test (10 weeks), 20 anastrozole, 2 hcg for $1500

One years supply of 12 bottle sermorelin, 5 bottles test, 10 hcg, 100 anastrozole for $4700

So keep in mind- if these were more 'legitimate' they would give you a script for the test (at approx $120/bottle) anastrozole is $.30 each in bulk, pharma hcg is $110 is per 10k units
These are non insurance prices
This is with scripts.

This is not an endorsement- rather a comparison between what the 'legitimate' cost would be versus only HRT.

Obviously you're not aware many of the earlier studies on improvements of LBM used doses of 1IU or LESS / DAY!

Know this, no physician (who wants to maintain their license for any period of time) will overtly prescribe GH as a PED per say.

So hedge your wording carefully during the "interview". Fat loss sure BUT enhanced LBM to compete on some stage, "there's the door"!

I lol'd. Yes Doc, you're right again sir. Will tackle with caution. Just thinking openly here.

This is an apples to oranges comparison as Sermorlin is NOT rHGH, but a GH secretagogue.
Absolutely agree.

This was just the cost and what they prescribe.

I have yet to find a doc currently who will rx HGH to a healthy person.

HRT clinic that I use. This is my quote:

HGH PROGRAMS:
Sermorelin/GHRP2/GHRP6; HGH releasing hormone and peptide
Note: Based on your age and blood work, the Sermorelin/GHRP program might work well for you as an alternative to HGH. We should discuss this in detail if this is a consideration.

24 Week Purchase $2,400.00
12 Week Purchase $1,345.00

-OR-

One of the following...

The Different HGH brands:
1. Omnitrope (Brand name, requires mixing and stays refrigerated)
2. Norditropin (comes in a pre-loaded pen; you don't have to reconstitute, can stay at room temp after pen is activated)
3. Genotropin by Pfizer (pre-loaded disposable, individual syringes, never need refrigeration)
Below is a 1.75IU dose of HGH. If you were combining the HGH with the testosterone program, you could reduce the dose of HGH to 1.5 IU and it still be effective. I would adjust the price down to match that dose, if desired (see 1.5 IU price in combo example below).
Omnitrope (brand name, requires mixing/reconstitution, refrigeration)
24 week 1.75 IU dose HGH Purchase $5,635.00 (includes 10% discount for 6 month purchase)

12 week 1.75 IU dose HGH Purchase $2,950.00
Norditropin Pen (brand name, pre-loaded pen; you don't have to reconstitute, can stay at room temp after pen is activated)
24 week 1.75 IU dose HGH Purchase $11,425.00 (includes 5% discount for 6 month purchase)
12 week 1.75 IU dose HGH Purchase $6,020.00

Forgetting the norditropin option. Breaking down the omnitrope option by 6 you can lease a brand new porsche 911 which brings a way greater joy and happiness to your life :D

What is YOUR GOAL from such therapy?

AND

Curious what is/was your pretreatment IGF level?

AND

What objective measurements would this clinic be using to determine an effective response to therapy?

FINALLY while the duration and dosage of GH therapy is defined its FREQUENCY seems to be lacking.

Well...6 month ago I did a blood work for my T levels and it was about 800 (right now is 500). I was very happy with my life and everything. Then I went through a depression period. I'm recovered now but still don't have the quality of health and life that I had back then. It's so interesting to me that T levels can go so down after a stressful lifestyle. Having 8 years of fitness under my belt always thought about doing a T cycle to see how I'd like it. Since AAS use is illegal here in the US (You can get HGH and AAS OTC from pharmacy in my country) and after tons of research I found that the only way to get some Pharm grade T and HGH is through HRT clinics.

I said yes to their T protocol which is 200-300 mg/week (Pfizer cypionate) but their HGH protocol is not worth the penny. But still I asked for a quote. I'm gonna visit my country in next March and buy lots of pharm grade GH which is only $3-4/IU. (Novo Nordisk is building a $80m plant in my country. YAY!)

My Baseline IGF1 is around 230 (2 weeks ago blood work). The clinic said they wanna boost it to around 350-400.

The measurement was through their questionnaire which was basically quality of life and health condition questions+my blood work.

Frequency is almost everyday. They would give me further details if I ask for.

Right now I'm doing a log on GHRP2+CJC no dac that I bought from one of these research companies, 3-4x/day and will do bloodwork in 2 weeks. (Most probably it'd be bunk but wanna give it a shot since their IGF1LR3 was good but I generally didn't like it.

Then I'm gonna stick to the color top generic ones until I visit home.

.

If only "the clinic" could provide you, me or anyone else with evidence based data GH supplementation "improves quality of life", esp in those with NORMAL IGF/GH levels! What's even more important, much like TT, GH and IGF values bear a poor correlation to an individuals signs and symptoms excepting perhaps levels that exceed (in this case a level that is/are lower than) the 3rd SD

That's A LOT of money (as you mentioned) to pay for any form of "therapy" not proven efficacious, and is a darn good reason it's NOT FDA approved.

IMO not enough of these "anti aging clinic" have been closed down as they tend to prey on the desperation and ignorance of those they proclaim "to help".

Good luck

I always do this panel from privatemdlabs.com +IGF1 test:

Lipid Profile: Cholesterol, total; high-density lipoprotein (HDL) cholesterol; low-density lipoprotein (LDL) cholesterol (calculation); triglycerides; very low-density lipoprotein (VLDL) cholesterol (calculation).
Complete Blood Count (CBC) with Differential: (Hematocrit; hemoglobin; mean corpuscular volume (MCV); mean corpuscular hemoglobin (MCH); mean corpuscular hemoglobin concentration (MCHC); red cell distribution width (RDW); percentage and absolute differential counts; platelet count; red cell count; white blood cell count; immature granulocytes)
Estradiol, Sensitive
Insulin Growth Factor (IGF-1)

Comprehensive Metabolic Profile (CMP) (includes eGFR): (A:G ratio; albumin, serum; alkaline phosphatase, serum; ALT (SGPT); AST (SGOT); bilirubin, total; BUN; BUN:creatinine ratio; calcium, serum; carbon dioxide, total; chloride, serum; creatinine, serum; globulin, total; glucose, serum; potassium, serum; protein, total, serum; sodium, serum.)
Testosterone, Free (Direct), Serum With Total Testosterone
Prostate-Specific Antigen (PSA)

Thyroid Profile w/ TSH: Free Thyroxine Index (FTI);Thyroxine (T4); Thyroid Hormone Binding Ratio (T3 Uptake); Thyroid-Stimulating Hormone (TSH)

But this time might ask my medical plan for all of these except IGF1 still through privatemdlabs since my plan won't test IGF1

US friendliest partner Iran

At least you're forthright and that I've always appreciated bc SOOOOOO many PED users
spew more lies than truth from "MACROS to AAS their dosage".

Like hello Jim don't you know I've got to "protect my identity" on an ANONYMOUS FORUM, lol!

That's A LOT of unnecessary testing but whatever

Nonetheless GH "supplements" wont make much of a difference bc at best, based on every study I've seen and reviewed, the effect of secretogogues, PEPs etc are inherently limited bc of the negative feedback exerted by somatostatin.

The net effect being supraphysiologic GH or IGF levels can only be achieved through the exogenous administration of either GH or IGF.
