how to reconstitute HCG amp?

how do i reconstitute this ovitrelle hcg amp? its 5,000mcg so i know basically math ill dilute it to make my dosage contain 250mcg per week. but do i just break the amp, dilute and then pour into an empty vial and seal?

Break the amp. Put 1ml in the powder to dissolve. Suck up the solution, put it in your sterile vial and dilute to desired ratio from there.

Other option is to fill 1/20 of 20 insulin syringes and freeze, personally worked for me so far

thanks..im gonna transfer to sterile vial n then pin from there weekly. should i freeze it or frig it?

Mixed opinions, I have gathered once you freeze/thaw you cannot refreeze. From what I know most people use bac water and fridge, I have no bac water here hence why freezing.
