How safe is Clenbuterol, and what site should I buy from?

I've never done any supplements, but I wanted to cut to 205 so I can be a big LHW for fighting MMA.

I've seen a lot of places to buy the stuff online, and they all have blogs talking about the dangers of the drug. It looks like if you take in moderation, it should be reasonably healthy.

I was looking for people that have taken it before that have any tips. Basically, how much you take and for how long

A sample dosing protocol is:

Day 1-3: 20mcg
Day 4-6: 40mcg
Day 7-10: 80mcg
Day 11-13: 100mcg

Then either ramp down and take some benadryl around 50mg a night for the third week, or come off and take some benadryl 50 mgs a night for a week.

This will all depend on your reaction to each dose though.
 
Given enough time you should be able to cut to near 205lbs without clen. Taking UG clen and other stuff if you are subject to drug testing is danergous. You should be able to cut 15-20lbs in water by careful planning and maybe an intestibne cleanse. I'd suggest you should be no more than 220 lbs before you try to make weight. Good cardio training and diet manipulation will get you down to this without taking this shit. If you have to take a fight on short notice using clen to get you down to weight may screw your conditioning for the fight. Having said all of that I have never found clen to be that great... quality and cleanliness of product, like everything UG, is always suspect.

I would have to disagree with this method. Here is what I would do:

This is something I believe in.

Here is something you might try for a 20 week cycle. Notice the break in the 9th week. It seems like your off for a while but in all actuality your only off for a week.

Clen

Week 1- On 20-40mcg
Week 2- Off
Week 3- On 20-40mcg
Week 4- Off
Week 5- On 40-60mcg
Week 6- Off
Week 7- On 60-80mcg
Week 8- Off
Week 9- Off
Week 10- Off
Week 11- On 20-40mcg
Week 12- Off
Week 13- On 20-40mcg
Week 14- Off
Week 15- On 40-60mcg
Week 16- Off
Week 17- On 60-80mcg
Week 18- Off
Week 19- Off
Week 20- Off
Repeat if needed...

You can adjust the clen dosage depending on how you feel. This is a generic cycle that I have used with good results.
