How much caffeine is in your pre workout?

Just wondering if you pros are using caffeine in your preworkout and if you are how much is good and how much do you think is too much?
 
You come off as a Starbucks kinda guy @MindlessWork ;) lol just foolin!:p 200mg caffeine is noticeable. Some prelift a I've tried have 200mg caffeine and 200mg anyhydrous, those have a bit more pick me up. I don't like anything with 1-3 dimethyl or dmaa

Ya I am partial to Starbucks and there's one on the way to the gym and I order the grande dark roast ahead using the app on my phone.


I do get a decent pickup after drinking it and helps me get going on the heavy lifts.
 
I take 200mg caffeine in the morning then I take a full scoop of mr Hyde which has 400mg and usually I'll also have some tea too so a lot.
 
As for preworkouts this is by far the best on the market!
It's 350mg caffeine a scoop.
Nutrabio is legit and all there products offer full label disclosure. The addition of cluster dextrin which is a better version on Karbolyn is a bonus.
This honestly shits on other pwo!

I make my own pwo and take 2x200mg caffeine pills, plus as espresso about an hour prior haha I have an addiction apperently
 
Was talking to a buddy of mine this weekend who said he was at golds gym a while back in California i think?..said guys were injecting a c4 preworkout somehow?? wtf...
 
The C4 I was taking was around 200mg per scoop, and I usually took two scoops. Great for the gym but good luck falling asleep if you primarily work out in the evenings.
