I have been working out in gym from last six months, but i don't see any huge difference in my body muscles. My muscles have just got tighter then earlier, but no more mass has been build on my muscles. What do i need to take for increasing the muscle mass....
any suggestions will be helpful...

Rogersmith,

So let me guess, you are trying to get big?? AND you think working out for a measly little 6 months is going to change your body into a body builder physique??

News flash for you. All the guys you see working out who are bigger than you have been at this for YEARS, not 1, or 2, or 3, Most of the buys have been working out hard core for 5 to 10 years. AND its all dedication to nutrition and training. AND if your Nutrition is not on par, along with your weight training schedule, then no results will ever come. BUT things take TIME, and lots of it, not something that can ever be done over night, and there isn't anything other than Protein, carbs, and Fat that will build that for you.

So post up your workout out routine, body weight and other stats along with age, and tell me what goal you want to acheive and by what time frame. ALSO include your daily nutrition (what you eat at every meal)

eat more protein. and food

more protein and food = consuming more calories then your maintenance ammount

more calories = get bigger.

get bigger = bigger muscles, more fat

more fat = you better get your cardio and diet in check too, to keep that belly fat to a minimum

unfucking your diet and cardio = more definition for your bigger muscles

#1 factor is diet, period. Ya can't build a 20 ft brick wall without bricks, and enough of them at that.
if ya have the time to workout on a regular basis, do yourself a favor and take the time to get your nutrition on track. you don't need to be die-hard to get results. just make the majority of your diet healthy.
it won't happen over night, but keep working at it.

Rogersmith, you're a tool. Stick to the elipticle but make air it has the ARM attachments, you'll get huge...worked for me (sarcasm).

Many people train years before seeing results. It's not a race, its a journey. Nutrition/ rest/ training/ positive mindset. Read everything you can.

well you cant get good body and personality in one night you have to do all activity constant three months after that you can see the result. hark and calmness is so important.
