How long can I run DNP?

I’m on week 3. Did 5 days 250, 7 days 400mg and finishing it off with 500mg powder DNP. I’m exhausted. Lethargy and water weight are real. The heat sucks but is manageable. I want to extend my cycle and get even leaner. Does the body build a tolerance to DNP? I hear different things from different people
 
I've run DNP likely more times than most people here.
7-8 times, at dosages from 200mg -> 800mg

Here is my anecdotal experience:
High-dose DNP is counterproductive.

Anything much over 200-250mg and the carb cravings often cause you to binge at the end of the day, undoing any progress.

And the increasing lethargy + general malaise from escalating dosages mean that your drive to exercise and NEAT activity tend to decrease, again offsetting any increase in BMR.

Every time, I wound up losing more weight by doing 200-250mg for a longer period, than trying to short-cut and do 400-800mg for a brief 2-3 week burst.

Hello gentlemen I’m the original poster. I’m still alive lmao. My 750mg run for 2 weeks was awful and the cravings were the worst it didn’t even work just awful.

Currently I’m on retatrutide and cutting again. Did 300-450mg daily for a couple weeks. Cravings under control. Great progress. Took a 2 days break off it to mentally feel okay. Currently doing 600-750mg daily for a week and a half to lose a bit extra fat.

RETATRUTIDE IS A GAME CHANGER

Yesterday was my 2nd day of 600mg (I took an extra before bed so 750mg). Yesterday I literally ate UNDER my deficit goal. I ate 900cal yesterday and was satisfied. 900 calories on 750mg DNP and I was satisfied.

Retatrutide +DNP is the best stack for fat loss it’s incredible. I was 179, then 177 after a couple days off the initial DNP run. Now 2 days into the 2nd run I’m 173.4. My goal was 170 lol. I’ll probably get down to 169 and stall then when water weight drops from DNP see where I’m at. I estimate I lose 6-9lbs in this next week
where can i buy dnp? cant find anywhere
 
What was your dose? I started 80mg for three days and started 160mg for two and im only a little sweaty.
200mg. It just makes me too exhausted by the evening. I tell myself I can fight through it but then my daughter wants me to do this, wife wants me to do this and I barely want to even stand up, lol. Just not the right time in my life I guess. Luckily I get along great with ephedrine/caffeine or clen

Interesting.... im going to stay at 160mg for a few more days, then maybe go to 240mg. I haven't really felt much from India pharma clen, im sure its doing something. I haven't tried ephedrine.

With the clen I do a 3 week run. Somethhing like 40mcg-60mcg-80mcg. I usually split the 60 and 80mcg doses in half like 7am half dose, have a morning workout and take the second half dose after the workout. This is bc sometimes a full 60-80mcg pre workout will give me some funky feeling contractions in the gym whereas 40mcg feels pretty normal and I actually can push the weights up and get stronger. The clen I find is great during a recomp cycle as it seems to speed up the weight loss slightly but also make you stronger at the same time. My workouts on DNP are either the same weights or I have to cut the workout short from exhaustion. DNP is quite powerful. If you can hang in there at your suggested doses and are in a deficit I have no doubt you will lose a good chunk of weight. I just really seen to struggle with the evening lethargy

Im tired often due to 24hr shifts, so its difficult to tell and ive only recently started dnp. I do like clen before cardio or sometimes before lifting. I have a side business and I was able to crank out a full days work pretty easy over 18k steps from the day plus weights when I got home.

It may help to your up stims, and up them slowly

for example say you take in no stims, try sipping on a coke zero can , after you take dnp with first meal, sip it for thirty to sixty minutes after that meal

why? if youve never done caffiene taking in 100-200 mgs at once can cause over whelming feelings in some people esp with low gaba levels or you could take an l theanine to blance gaba levels out with the caffiene

some people have high gaba levels and dont need to do this

or say your on 200 mgs caffiene, up it to 300. Start slow. Taking in more caffiene too fast can cause anxiety in some people, and over reaction

or maybe half or a full bronkaid ephedrine tablet, or dmaa, or your choice first thing in morning before cardio, and first meal. They seem to help on dnp, more than something like kratom

when the dnp run is done , come back down to what your last stim dose was

Thanks man. I'll try this next time for sure. Didn't even think about the theanine either since I've only ever used it before bed for sleep
