Hello Guys,

im curious on how your average day looks like. The facts which interrest me the most are:

- when do you wake up and when do you go sleep
- at what times do you eat and how do you split yourt daily kcal intake
- when do you go to the gym and for how long
- how many days a week do you workout
- do you feel comfortable with your current work/life balance?

im really looking forward to see your answers =)

Hello. Guy.
I get up at 4.30-5.00. Next hour cardio, then I work either from home or in the office, it is within walking distance. I work from 6 am to 2 pm. Then I go to the gym, train 4 times. In the evening, another cardio 30 minutes. Then I go to bed at 11-12. I eat every three hours starting from the moment I finish cardio.
Yes, I'm generally comfortable.

3am wake up during the week.4am workout. 10 mins on the AirDyne to warm up and then on to the workout. Come home and cook food for work and then off to work at 730a. After work Yoga at the house, meal prep, relax, and be in bed by 8-9pm.

Weekends it's the same except i get up at 4a and train at 5a.

Most weeks i'll get 6 weight training and 5-7 yoga days in. Lifting intensity and poundages go by feel. Some days i get after it, others just put some blood in the muscle and feel good. Im addicted to the gym so i make sure i train accordingly an not go balls to the wall 24/7. In my 2nd month of PCT/Pregnancy protocol so the intensity is a little less but thankfully i still feel pretty strong and motivated. After 9 years of TRT i was a bit surprised!

Your life schedule is surprising, how do you feel, I would die.

Currently bulking so only one high intensity cardio session a week.

Wake up 7am, go on a mile walk at 7:30, Cook breakfast and eat around 8:30, head to gym. Come back, eat meal 2, shower, head to classes. Eat Meals 3 & 4 while at college, come back home and eat Meal 5. Another 1 mile walk, then typically fill in macros with light snacks (medium carb, medium protein, higher fat), in bed by 10pm.

Weightlift 5-6 days a week, hike or go on a run on one of the rest days, meal prep (chicken, rice, mixed veggies, tilapia, ground beef, pasta) for full week on my rest days (weekends): 28 meals total not counting breakfast which i cook fresh each morning

I feel great, i mean the first month of PCT after 9 years on TRT wasn't a bunch of fun though! It's a lifestyle not for everyone but in my line of work it suites me best to get up very early train and then cook for work. I've been doing this routine for 16 years so it's second nature at this point.

That being said i cant stay up late for the life of me haha, so it's a trade off.

Apparently yes, you really like to get up early and do things right away, and by the evening your activity drops. Here I am, on the contrary, if I get up early, even if I sleep my head and my body refuses to work. Maybe it's a matter of habit and adaptation.
You certainly surprised me and motivated me to try.

And you can find out more specific numbers for proteins, fats, carbohydrates and kcal and how much you spend on average per day?

Anything is possible with a little time and persistence. I've always been a morning person. It wasn't until i started a new career 16 years ago that i changed up my get up and work out times. Working in the trades can be long physical days. I do what i do simply because consistent training wouldn't be possible after work.

Take your time adapting to any new change and allow yourself the opportunity to see if it suites your lifestyle. Definitely habit and adaption as you mentioned!

When you say spend you mean $ on food? or Expend on calories? Groceries around 120-170/week, expend around 2800-3000 calories on training days, 2500-2600 on rest days. Eating 3500 calories/day right now, but also on a moderate cycle so a couple extra calories are being pushed towards muscle rather than fat, calories would be a little lower if I was cruising right now

7am wake up
7:15 eat breakfast
7:45 walk to work
8:00-17:00work as a kindergarten teacher, which I count as my main source of cardio
17:15-18:00 eat then play with my son
18:15-20:20 more kid time
20:30-22:00 gym
Showered and home by 22:30

00:00/01:00 sleep

Weekends follow the same sleep pattern, unless I’m watching English football, then I’ll sleep later due to shitty time zones.
