How big/ripped can i get naturally?

I am planning to take bodybuilding seriously, 5 - 8 meals a day 5 times working out, and i am interested how good can i look naturally, i know it all depends on genetics, i am average joe, i don't have super human genetics, can anyone with medium genetics look good/impressive without juice ? and with working out 1-3 years

Also would love to see your diet/cut plans, as i have no idea about bodybuilding and nutrition, i am new in the business ;)
