Homemade Protein Shakes

For post workout shake I buy some of that gatorad mix and mix it up with water, 1/4 of a bananna, and my strawberry protein. It is the best I've tried and it is not very expensive. But don't drink this as a meal replacement the carbs are way to high glycemic.

For my regualr shakes I use water, flax seed oil, glutamine, protein. Hold your nose on this one because it takes terrible.
 
makle your own up youll like em better go to the grocery and buy some of this stuff

cocoa powder
ice cream
oatmeal
peanut butter
dry milk
milk
cottage cheese
malted powder -
bannana and other fruits
soy powder
baby food jars
egg whites egg beaters
cream cheese
honey
wheat grass
jelly
and start blending
seriosly lillte bit of everything, make about 6 cups drink through the day, with cheesecake and snickers i used too have too do stuff like this when i was real sick cause i couldnt eat
