High testosterone/ low fat/high deficit

Its a dumb question but theorically what would happen with high testosterone an already low bodyfat and an high deficit?
Lets say the thyroid isnt slowed because its supplemented
Lets exclude the hungry factor
 
Depending upon your genetics (you can still be a high E2 converter at low BF, it’s rare but it does happen) you’d likely get very full and very lean.

As I’ve said many times before, as much as we love our primo, tren, etc we can achieve most any goals (perhaps aside from the super dry / granite hard look of contest prep) with test and GH only.

But is it possible to have catabolism if muscles themselfs arent stimulated by exercise?
