I need advice on what to get, how to admister it and how often.

why don't you do some research on HGH then ask questions where you need additional help??

Astro, PEP, and Naps carry HGH and are right here on the board. As far as dosage goes, do some research. I know what I can take but I would hate to steer you the wrong way. I would really research HGH thoroughly and make a decision. It doesn't sound like you know much about it. If you've researched it at all you would know how to administer it. That's very basic knowledge. I would hold off if I were you.
 
I'm going to piggyback off this thread and ask an opinion when do you guys pin your gh, and why at that time? I have seen both am and pm and a study that said pm before bed was best. I'd love to hear opinions

I pin first thing in the AM when natty GH is it's lowest. I also pin Pre workout for the muscle building effects. I don't pin before bed because when you sleep you have natty GH release. So, there are 3 GHs going on with this method.

BTW, this is often a debated subject but my research led me to the above routine. Others may chime in with different opinons.

I have always been told am to avoid interrupting the body's own natural gh spike at night. I'm old and this has probably changed like most of the ideas we had 15 years ago.:confused:
 
The AM one seems to be the general consensus but I've read that the exogenous gh can shut natural production down for 24 hours.
According to that study, it takes 4 to 5 hours? To be active and the body releases gh 2 hours after sleep so the theory is that the exogenous gh doesn't stop natural production

Well then I guess I'll do it like that! One other question:

What do you all feel about stacking GH with GHRP and GHRH. Though about a CJC no dac with maybe some GHRP 2

I've been through the same thing and came up with the GH plan I have outlined above and use GHRP2 and CJC/noDac either before bed or when I wake up in the middle of the night to piss (which is everynight). You can use GHRP6 if you want to gain weight.

I think it is best to use when I wake up in the middle of the night because I can get a natty GH release when I first go to sleep and then another with the inject, and then the two HGH injects for four releases a day. If you don't normally get up in the middle of I wouldn't interupt my sleep for it.

this is the method i use... AM only. I wait approx 45 min... to eat breakfast after inject. Possible insulin resistance or spikes??

I had to drop my IU's down do to the side effect of carpal tunnel and finger and hand numbness.

i do A LOT of shooting... finger numbness and carpal tunnel syndrome is a NO NO. enough to cause trigger problems.

I was only using 2iu... have dropped to 1... the effects are still there. just not as bad. I have been on for the last 3 mos.

I'm in the same boat. This numbness/carpal tunnel is killing me. I just dropped it down to 1IU on workout days only to see if it goes away and then may slowly build it back up. I have the Rips from our good friend, whose name we won't mention:rolleyes:, but the Rips are good. I'm wondering if real Pharm Grade would have the same symtoms? I have an oppurtunity to get the real deal but don't want to spend more money if the symtomps persist as I have a good stock on hand. My wife uses it too but only 1-2 IUs a day so we aren't depleting the stock very fast.
