Alright boys I'm new to meso and appreciate the knowledge that all you old skools be passing on. I'm about 40 years old and have been in and out the gym most my life. I have ran a few cycles before and am currently on a small cycle of test E (600mgs/wk) and Deca (300mgs/wk). Have been researching a bit on HGH and I am wanting to add it into my current regimen. Reading online I read all sorts of recommendations on IU per day. So that I would bring it to yall. How many IU do yall reccomend?
 
Test your natural IGF1 and verify your z-score.
Depending on where you position, let's say you do average, you will want to start at around 3-4IU and check again after 2-3 weeks to see where you ended up with.

i’ll let the people with more knowledge talk about the health side of things, you know, how high your growth factors actually are, and how good your insulin health / sensitivity is, etc.

but i will say this and this helped me a lot to figure out HGH a bit more coming from AAS only

and it’s very over simplified but still helps:

AAS = bigger existing muscle cells
HGH = get more / new muscle cells

yes ghoul brought up a very important side of the health aspect of it because for many years guys always recommended to start at ___ but the reality is that it is extremely individual by genetics alone
