Help with two-factor authentication (2FA) please.

I'm not a computer guy at all so could someone please do a quick walk through for me on how to set up this 2FA?

Any assistance will be very appreciated.

I would suggest getting a Macintosh. The Passwords application of MacOS/iOS with Safari makes it a lot easier to use 2FA.
