Late 30s guy here, started on 154 mg/week of test cyp (dosed subq 44mg eod) at the end of Nov 2025. Trough labs at 8 weeks came back at nearly 1800 ng/dL of total T and 122 pg/mL of e2. Had some high estrogen sides (bacne, terrible sleep) so I’m currently trying to dial in my aromasin dose.
Hope to glean useful knowledge from you experienced folks.
