Hi, everyone.

I just joined the forum this afternoon and wanted to formally introduce myself. Im a 30 year old male on trt 100mg test cyp a week since august of last year. I was on weekly injections but i feel a whole lot better on twice weekly injections. I was experiencing the symptoms of low energy, loss in body weight and muscle mass, and worst of all my libido and some erectile issues. My initial labs were TT=249 and FT was in the mid 50's. My doctor (general practitioner) started me on test cyp almost instantly. As of my last bloods In december i was 1050ish and 150's respectively.

So far trt has been pretty good, but I feel like I can get better and thats what brings me here to this forum. Im hoping to gain more knowledge and learn from you good folks' experiences if anyone is willing to share. I am more than willing to share my personal experiences in regards to trt.

I've also started some research into doing my first test cyp cycle.

Sorry for the long intro.

Thanks in advance for your hospitality.

Welcome Bacon
Mmmmm Bacon..... and Turkey

Lots of TRT guys here with some good knowledge, enjoy your stay

Welcome to MESO-Rx! There are several knowledgeable guys on TRT here. There's also a TRT medical expert - Dr. Michael Scally.

Have you chosen TRT as life-long treatment? Age 30 is young to start. Have you exhausted and/or ruled out attempts to restore HPTA?

Thanks, fellas. Millard, I have not attempted to restore hpta and am about 90% settled on trt for life.
My trt experience so far has been a little different than most of the ones I have read.

I went to my doctor because of fatigue, low to non existant libido, loss of weght, fat gain, low confidence, brain fog, etc. The doc ran some labs and a couple weeks later I go back to review them and I have low test. My dr was more than willing to start me on test cyp at 100mg a week. I didn't even ask for it he suggested/offered it to me.

Within 2-3 weeks I started to feel good and started to feel like myself again.

There has been some ups and downs with mood swings/anxiety here and there but all in all I feel great and I would be nervous to go back to the way I felt before I started trt.

I am however open to learning and suggestions from knowledgeable people on this forum. Especially on how to approach my dr with different protocols and further testing.

Thank you for your inquiry its much aporeciated.

Welcome.

Your intro is very informative and it's a shame many people will not pay attention to the details you outlined in it. You stated you are using 100mgs a week of Test Cyp and your achieving about 1050 on your TT.

There are newbies on this forum and other forums that are using 1000mgs a week of Test C or Enanthate and barely hit your levels of around 1050/TT.

There are so many sources ripping off athletes with underdosed androgens.

Good to see you have a good physician who is on top of it and taking care of you.
