Heart palpitations from AAS

Ok here goes, over the last 3 weeks or so I have had heart palpitations during the day and at night. They mainly occur at rest and only last a couple of seconds then go away. I have cut back on my caffine intake and that seemed to help a little. I have check my blood pressure and it is fine. I knew that this might happen based on what I'ver read. I just wanted to check and see if this is common with other people. Currently running 500 sust and 300 deca a week, presently in week 9 of cycle. As a side note I seem to be sweating a lot now even when not in the gym. Anyone that has any experience with this please let me know.

Thanks
Johnny

bro i get them. there's 2 schools of thought on what to do. 1. do nothing, curb all stimulant intake. 2. go to the doctor and have every test conceivable done. i chose #2. i get paranoid about my heart because i used to hit the rec drugs pretty hard, and i'm certian that one day i will pay for it... anyway,
go to to a good cardiologist, have an EKG done. if he sees anything even remotely, have a cardio stress test done. you may want to schedule the stress test regardless. if there's anything wrong with your heart, they'll know.

one more thing. for me, it only ended up being stress. i guess i was having panic attacks and didn't even know it. i didn't feel any more stressed out than normal, and i told the doctor that. he asked if i have any stress, i told him i work 60 hours a week, go to business school @ night and i just bought a house. he looked at me like like "no shit", and said that the body will sublimate stress and it materializes in things like heart palpitations, even if you feel fine. so it could be stress bro. good luck.

Its only anxiety my friend. If you're pressure is fine then the only problem is you're uneasy mind. Let it rest bro, You're not going to drop dead from the doses of SOS and DECA. There mild anabolics at best and certainly not damaging at the length and dosages you describe. Youre anxiety is common as well as you're symptoms. They will tend to be stronger at night because you're lying there in bed thinking about it. Stop worrying period.. Think about all the fine ass you will pull in the club with you're new muscle instead...

Bravo, have you been taking Ephedrine or any drinks containing Ephedra Alkaloids during your cycle??

Have a Heart

Johnny Baby, Had same shit, but my BP was a little high. You should check BP every day for a while just to make sure, it changes according to heart load at that moment so you have to check more than once. Now in my case it was because i didn't take any anti-est products, and I was holding a lot of water and didn't realize it, because I couldn't see it. So you might want to check into some anti-est just to make sure.
I agree about the stress though, it's a killer.
Just my 2 cents, graybass

I see some great advice here. Palpitations are mostly caused by skipped or extra heart beats. Sometimes we feel them and sometimes we don't. Nothing really to worry about unless they start and then don't stop. Everybody experiences these when our heart rate speeds and then again as it slows back down. I do every test imaginable for persons experiencing palpitations. Sometimes it's caused by heart valve problems but these are chronic symptoms that have plagued that person all their life. Most often their symptoms are caused by stimulants, drastic change in diet or hydration levels, and mostly by stress. Next time you go to your family doc, mention it to him. But I don't see a need to make an emergency appointment for your condition.

Graybass, good point on the monitoring the BP everyday that should give me a more even picture as for stimulants caffeine etc. had been drinking my usual coffee through out the day. I had been on 20mg nolva ed ( as a precaution ), but stopped because didn't feel I needed them ( not seeing signs of gyno ). Cronk thanks for the in depth post sounds like you come from a medical prespective and know what you're talking about.

Thanks again guys.
Johnny
