HCG throughout cycle

I have read Swale's post cycle therapy where he recommends 250iu - 500iu of HCG twice per week which prevents testicular atrophy and speeds up recovery post cycle if this is not enough he recommends 250ius more frequently or up to 250iu daily throughout the cycle. I have a few queries.

Firstly, is the 2 day per week protocol consecutive days or are they split through the week?

Does anyone know the half life of HCG to assist an answer to the above question?

Would it be possible to use smaller amounts of HCG, say 125iu daily, and would it be enough to prevent atrophy of the testes?

My reason for asking this question is, say one was using a course of tren and winstrol and it is essential to appear lean for an extended period of time, with tren being so hard on the HPTA and will cause testicular atrophy what do you think would be an effective dosage of HCG to keep the testes normal size and also get the health benefits of leutinizing hormone from the HCG therapy. However it is also important that the HCG dosage is not high enough to cause excess aromatisation, causing fluid retention. I know nolvadex could be used if HCG was too high to aid eliminating water but I am more interested in opinions on specific dosage of HCG. And in case you are wondering, no I am not a male stripper but am more interested in staying lean adding size and having the health benefits Swale talks about from your body producing its own testosterone albeit from HCG.

Regarding the half-life of hCG, I found this on the web. I'm not positive they were talking about humans in this report, but I would think the half-lives would be close anyway. Here it is:

HCG is destroyed in the GI tract after oral administration, so it must be given parenterally. After IM injection, peak plasma levels occur in about 6 hours. HCG is distributed primarily to the ovaries in females and to the testes in males, but some may also be distributed to the proximal tubules in the renal cortex.

HCG is eliminated from the blood in biphasic manner. The initial elimination half-life is about 11 hours and the terminal half-life is approximately 23 hours.

thankyou again bigkarch it always seems to be the same people who reply when a slightly demanding question is posted.you again come to the rescue.

I only use hcg for pct - I know it does not increase test production but iit sure does swell those nuts back up for me.
