Any of you guys ever get this before. My daughter got it from daycare and shit got over it in a few days. Me however I've been sick since wed night. By far the worse sickness I have ever experienced. Fever, sores on my hands, feet, face, mouth, throat. Haven't been able to eat anything solid in 4 days and the spots keep spreading. This is by far the worst day and it's day 5. Any tips or advice on how to get over this. I have lost so much weight and I just finished a var cycle a week ago and was so pumped with how I was looking.

Anything I can take to get my weight and body back to where it was quickly as well. Should I just bump up my trt dose for a few weeks?

Just gotta ride it out, as mentioned. It goes away in a couple of days. Annoying af though. It's common when your toddler goes to daycare.
If its a flu or so, double up Zinc, Vit D, Vit C and the usual, lots of food and sleep.
It's not influenza, it's the cock sack virus. (Coxsackievirus, but my way is more entertaining)

But same same, Vit C, Vit T, etc. Stay hydrated. Good time for protein shakes if you can't chew through the pain.

Thanks bro. What about getting everything I lost back. Should I bump test dose up for a bit?

That's up to you really. I do when I'm sick, but that might be more superstition or placebo than science. For sure though, resist the urge to sit on the couch passing the time until it's over. Keep moving. Even if you feel like shit.

Haha same it is a big mental thing. How much do you increase and for how long ?

Not much at all, really, and depends on what kinda phase I'm on. If I'm just cruising, maybe 10-20mg a day extra for a few days until I feel better. No point turning it into a blast if I'm not gonna be able to go balls out in the gym.

What do the soars look like? Is it like a rash? Not fear mongering here, but I once had something like this happen to me. Wasn't gear or anything either, because I wasn't partaking. They finally did a full body CT Scan and found a blood clot to my digestive system. They provided Eliquis and rescanned after about 3 months and it was completely gone. I can tell you though, if it's something like that, it is very important that you get them looking into it, the sooner the better. There is no such thing as a digestive system transplant. It may not be anything like this in your case. I'd still look into it unless they've diagnosed you with something already.
