H20 or C20 (coconut water)

So i work in chem plants and refineries and ive been on this coconut water kick lately to stay hydrated. It crossed my mind, is this the same or better? When I go on cycle i try to drink a gallon or 2 of water a day but coconut water seems to have alot more benifits than regular water. Any thoughts? Will this also feed my body's need for h20 when on cycle!?!

Yea the ones ive been getting have 9g in 1 liter. I can put down alot more than i can water for some reason. I just get full of the water so quick.

Man I hate coconut water. Ugh
Yea bro, i didnt like it at first either. Tasted like the milk left over after a bowl of frosted flakes, lightly sweetened watered down milk or something. But i got so far behind on electrolytes between workin 7/12s and squeezing in the gym that i gave myself acute kidney damage. Ive got used to it to the point that i like it now, especially how it makes me feel after work or working out. Propel and coconut water, thats it. Really tho i was just curious if anyone had any left field insight on if its better for u being its almost the same thing just with a shit tone of electrolytes

It's more or less the same. I mean I get plenty of electrolytes from all the fruits and other foods I eat I don't have a need to get any from coconut water. Plus I hate the taste lol. There's nothing wrong with drinking it though

Yea thats good to know. I eat alot of fruit too but i sweat alot and have a cranked metabolism. Im a scaffold builder and i live in the gulf south so the summer heat is insane not to mention my jobs at times are next to 300+ degree hot pipes or in tanks with no air and chem suits. Its fucked up. Ill never be able to do any true mass cycles until i get promoted to foreman and dont have to work like a machine

I think I actually saw coconut water powder. Could be more economical for you. Mix it into a gallon jug and off to work. Plus it may have less or no sugar in it.

Ima have to look that up, yea that would be convenient. One of the ones i have used is naturally sweet no sugar added. Its good now that i got used to it. Ud be suprised how much something like that help you feel better even if u didnt realize u were feeling bad in the first place if that makes any sense lol
