we will mix them together, like 2 @ 97 and 1 @ 93. Same with ground beef. It helps the low/non fat stuff along.I used to as well,stuff is expensive though if eaten a lot. I alternate between 97 and 93 now.
When you do rice and bone broth do you cook the rice with water and then add broth in after? Or replace the water with broth to cook it?Yeah, I just ate a pound of ground Turkey breast seasoned with salt and pepper. Added bell pepper and a can of green beans. Mixed it with 2 cups of jasmine rice and a cup of chicken bone broth. Not bad but not as tasty as ground sirloin prepped the same way.

Meal 2 - flank
Meal 3 - flank
Meal 4 - chicken breast
Meal 5 - salmon
Meal 6 - casein before bed
Carbs - rice, fruit, sweet potato
Fats - a little nuts or avocado
